30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your DentureShield for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@dentureshield.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions, typically within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if available, and include the RA number.
4. Ship the package to the return address provided by our support team.

Return Conditions

• The item must be in good working condition and free of excessive wear, damage, or missing parts.
• Original accessories and packaging should be included when reasonably possible.
• Returns without a valid RA number may be refused or delayed.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, typically within 3–5 business days of arrival, we will issue the approved refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your DentureShield arrives defective or damaged, contact us as soon as possible. If the issue is confirmed, we will cover applicable return shipping and may provide a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To change products, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used cleaning solutions or consumables, if sold separately
• Gift cards
• Items returned after the 30-day return period

Warranty
