At DentureShield, we want your ultrasonic cleaner to arrive quickly and safely.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times — United States

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. You will receive tracking information by email when your package leaves our facility.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times, typically 7–21 business days, are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If available, you may also track your order through your account on our website.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact support@dentureshield.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. DentureShield is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, a re-shipping fee may apply.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS where available.
